Once in a lifetime...

A Monday morning mood made me (wow, 5 "m"-words in a row :P) look for a special song, that would cheer me up a little. The search was quite short, as I remembered to check the new edition of a Top 20 Dance/Trance chart, from a local radio station (yep, Deea rulz!).
So here it is:

Untouchable 3 - That Once in a Lifetime (groove)

I see you standing there,
so lost and all alone
I wanna take you in my arms
and tell you that you’re home.
I look into your eyes,
I know you very well.
I see a mirror of my life,
a reflection of myself.

The sun comes up,
the sun goes down
And in-between,
you’ve gotta make it seem
Like something counts.
You’re searching here,
you’re searching there
For the dream that’ll make it seem
Like someone cares.

(x2)
Reach out and touch the love that I have for you,
'Cause this kind of love is a once in a lifetime groove.

You wanna take a chance, I see it on your face…
You know my love's the answer, girl don't be afraid!
I know just what to do, gonna be your shining star
I know just how to rescue you, 'cause I've been where you are.

The sun comes up, the sun goes down
And in-between you’ve gotta find a dream
That makes life count.
You’re searching here, you’re searching there
Your job is done, you’ve found a lover
And someone cares.

(x2)
Reach out and touch the love that I have for you,
'Cause this kind of love is a once in a lifetime groove.

Aches of all sorts

I went home this weekend. Not that I enjoy taking such trips in my limited spare time, but this time I really had to... being somewhat of a medical urgency.

And so the story goes... Last Wednesday, after coming home from work and having nothing better to do, I decided to watch 2 episodes of Prison Break, that slipped by me when they first aired. It occurred to me that I can't watch the show properly without some popcorn, so I went to the corner shop and bought some... As I was enjoying the action and eating, I quickly found myself at the bottom of the popcorn bowl. There sat some kernels that didn't pop as they should've. I've ignored this aspect and continued to eat, until I found one that played tough :) After a brief struggle... "it" won :(
My beautiful, strong teeth couldn't handle it anymore. Well, at least one of them :(

Anyway, this is how I ended up at the dentist, for the first time in my life. And it wasn't all that bad :) I can't say that I enjoyed it, but I don't really understand why everybody has this fear of the "Tooth Fairy" doctor =))
